Event Videographer & Photographer

I work as a freelance videographer and photographer, documenting people, spaces, and moments as they unfold.

I’ve worked with organisations including Westminster University, The People’s Classroom, LifeSmart Financial Literacy, The Cally Festival, The Cocoa Dream, and Education Choices Magazine. My work has involved filming live talks, educational programmes, and panel discussions, as well as capturing the vibrant, fast-moving rhythm of festivals—live music, dancing, and poetry readings.

I’ve also filmed and photographed prestigious school events across London at venues such as The Athenaeum, Middle Temple Hall (for the Royal Shakespeare Society), Mansion House, and House of Lords. Through this work, I’ve had the opportunity to meet and document figures such as Helen Mirren and Ian McKellen.

Alongside this, I’ve conducted and filmed interviews with professors and PhD researchers at UCL and Cambridge, as well as more personal, community-led stories. I’m particularly interested in continuing to support the education sector and emerging communities by capturing and documenting their events, with a focus on storytelling that reflects both individual voices and collective experience.

Teaching

I have experience teaching filmmaking to students of all ages, introducing them to the history of photography and film, as well as guiding them through practical skills such as equipment setup and camera operation. I also support students in understanding how a film set functions, including roles, etiquette, and collaboration across departments.

I approach filmmaking as something that is always evolving—not just for them, but for myself as well. I don’t believe you ever stop learning in film; every project, every set, and every person brings something new. What I value most is how empowering film can be—it gives people a way to communicate stories, ideas, and emotions in a language that feels accessible to everyone. I particularly enjoy seeing students discover new skills and grow in confidence, finding their voice through the process of making something together.
